These Terms govern your access to and use of the freedomsefreedom.com mobile and web experiences (the “App” and “Site”), operated by SHRIKOMAL MEDIATECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App/Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility and Account

Provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for your credentials and devices.

2) License and Acceptable Use

We grant a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license for personal, non‑commercial use. Do not scrape or redistribute market data, reverse engineer, bypass entitlements, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

3) Market Data and Alerts

Real‑time market data is provided by Twelve Data under license and may include exchange‑sourced content. Provider and exchange terms apply.

Alerts may be delayed, blocked, throttled, deduplicated, or missed due to device settings, providers, or network conditions. Do not rely on alerts as your sole source of time‑critical information.

4) Educational, No Advice

Content, screens, signals, and backtests are for education and general information. We do not provide personalized recommendations or act as a fiduciary.

5) Third‑Party Services

We integrate with providers for hosting, analytics, messaging, and market data. Their terms apply to their services.

6) Paid Plans and Billing

If paid features are offered, fees, billing cycles, taxes, refunds, and proration will be shown at checkout. Add‑ons (e.g., real‑time data, SMS) may be billed separately.

7) Intellectual Property

The App, Site, and content are owned by the Company or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8) Disclaimers

THE APP AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. PAST PERFORMANCE OR BACKTESTS DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL; OR TRADING LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP/SITE.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from claims arising out of your use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third‑party rights.

11) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, to meet legal requirements, or to protect users, data, or providers.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. U.S. users should note we are not a broker/dealer or investment adviser under U.S. law.
